Diarkis Receives "Best Coverage Award" at ATLA's Co-creation Event "Ebinnova" - Proposing Faster Decision-Making and Action in Harsh Environments Using Gaming Communication Technology

Diarkis Inc. is pleased toannounce that it participated in the "Defense x Civil" ecosystemco-creation event "Ebinnova," hosted by the Defense InnovationScience and Technology Institute of the Acquisition, Technology & LogisticsAgency (ATLA) on March 5, 2026, and received the "Best CoverageAward". This event was held to promote industry-academia-governmentco-creation by incorporating rapidly advancing civilian cutting-edgetechnologies into the defense sector.
■ Background of the Award and Evaluation Points
At the workshop, Diarkis proposed a network solutionfor coordinating and controlling multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs/drones) in harsh environments (*1) where communication is prone todisruption. At the award ceremony, ourdistributed network engine was highly evaluated as "an idea capable ofrealizing a communication infrastructure that comprehensively covers andaccelerates the entire OODA loop (*2)", and the award was presented by theDirector of the Defense Innovation Science and Technology Institute.
■ Overview of the Proposal: Realizing"Unstoppable Communication" with Gaming Technology
In complex situations suchas disaster response and defense operations, "radio wave congestion"caused by multiple devices communicating simultaneously and "communicationdisruption" due to external factors pose fatal challenges. We presented asolution applying ultra-low latency and uninterrupted communicationtechnologies proven in large-scale online games. This is a mechanism wheredrones autonomously build and repair networks among themselves without relyingon a central server, and instantly perform optimal role-sharing.
As a result, even under any harsh communicationenvironment, the system continues to coordinate without "dying,"enabling the process from decision-making to execution to continuously rotateat speeds beyond the cognitive limits of humans and conventional systems.

This award has demonstratedthat the communication technology we have cultivated in the entertainment domainis also effective in dual-use sectors that require extremely high reliability.Moving forward, we will continue to promote partnerships with various companiespossessing hardware and AI technologies, contributing to the safety andresilience of social infrastructure through the provision of next-generationreal-time communication infrastructure.
*1 Harsh Environment (DDILEnvironment): An extreme network environment where communication denial,degradation, intermittence, and bandwidth limitation (Denied, Degraded,Intermittent, and Limited) become normalized due to electronic jamming,infrastructure destruction, etc.
