Description
We are recruiting a strategic leader to spearhead the setup of our administrative functions. As a rapidly expanding venture with over 200% YoY growth, this position offers a key opportunity to make a direct impact on business management.
Job Description
- Legal: Review, execution, and management of various contracts.
- Accounting: Handling monthly and annual financial closings in coordination with tax accountants.
- HR & Labor: Recruitment planning and management; handling monthly attendance/payroll in coordination with Labor and Social Security Attorneys (Sharoushi).
- General Affairs: Organizing shareholder meetings and performing other general administrative duties.
Working Conditions
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Work Schedule: Flextime System
- Probationary Period: 3 months
- Core Hours: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Flexible Hours:
- Start: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- End: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Break Time: 1 hour
- Days Off: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays
- Leave:
- Annual Paid Leave: 2 days granted upon joining; 8 days granted after 6 months of employment.
- Other: Summer Leave (3 days), Year-end & New Year Holidays, Special Leave (Congratulatory/Bereavement).
- Fixed Overtime Pay: Included (Minashi Zangyou)
- Office Attendance: 3 days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
- Salary Review: Once a year
- Commuting Allowance: Reimbursed based on actual expenses (in accordance with company regulations)

Qualifications
Required (MUST)
- 3+ years of experience in corporate administration / back-office operations.
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Legal, Accounting, HR/Labor, or General Affairs.
Preferred (WANT)
- Experience in finance operations (fundraising via equity or debt financing).
- Experience in Investor Relations (IR).
- Experience liaising with audit firms and securities companies.
- Experience with IPO preparation.

- Someone who finds fulfillment in building an administrative department from the ground up and can take ownership of the process.
- This position is ideal for someone who wants to play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth, working directly under a CFO who is a former Venture Capitalist with deep expertise and strength in finance.
